The Curriculum: From Foundations to Career Playbook

Our curriculum is designed to rebuild confidence and provide the technical tools necessary for today’s workforce.

  1. Foundations & Positioning – Learn how AI has reshaped roles and translate your legacy experience into AI-era language.
  2. Practical AI & GPT Building – Master core AI tools and build your own custom GPT or automated workflow.
  3. Strategy & Professional Brand – Use AI for strategic decision-making and optimize your resume and LinkedIn for ATS systems.
  4. Interviewing & Resilience – Practice mock interviews with AI-powered simulations and develop a personal resilience model.
  5. Industry Experience Day – Showcase your portfolio to employers and engage in roundtable discussions.

Program Schedule & Logistics

The program is a 5 session course, 4 virtual sessions and one final in-person session.

Time: Thursdays, 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM.

Dates: April 16, April 30, May 14, May 28 Virtual Sessions and June 4 in person

Cost: This program is fully funded and free for participants as part of Talent Ready Utah.

Note: Cohort size is intentionally limited to preserve mentorship depth and meaningful employer access.
