Cris Holbrook

I was raised in California/Mexico by strong influential women. My mom, aunts, and grandma allcame to this country to work hard and make a living. What I have learned from them is whetheryou are working in the fields or a hospital you are making animpact in this world. I take pride inmy work and give importance to every task at hand.In my early 20’s I was in school for early childhood development. I was working with a privatetutoring company under the No Child Left Behind Act to set up free after school tutoringprograms at eligible Title 1 schools across Utah, Nevada, California and Arizona. I had myoldest son so I left the company and put school on hold. Fast forward 5 years and shortly afterhaving my second son and I started working at Adobe part time in the early mornings with thejanitorial team. I worked as an outside contractor at Adobe for 2 years taking on various roles:breakroom stocker, shipping and receiving, receptionist, and managing the service center. 6years ago I interviewedfor a purchasing specialist role within Adobe and that started me on anew journey with this organization.Since joining Adobe I have built and implemented a new process and workflow for the orderingof Adobe’s technology infrastructure assets and managing our capex and opex budget. Theprocess has enabled automated live reporting, drastically reduced manual time spent on dataentry, and it provides visibility and standardization across several business units.I also sit on our Site Leadership Council where I help plan and execute Adobe initiatives withinour employee network and with our local community.
