Holly Rimmasch

Holly Rimmasch serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer at Health Catalyst. She brings extensive healthcare and technology experience to her role, ranging from front line patient care to executive management and strategy. Her mission has always been unwavering: to create a higher-quality, lower cost, sustainable health system. She focuses on creating value by improving health while simultaneously improving efficiencies throughout global health systems. Key areas of accountability include clinical improvement, patient safety, quality, population health, operations, and healthcare finance. Holly is a systems thinker and looks for ways in which technology, data and analytics can optimize care for patients, individual departments as well as the entire ecosystem. Prior to joining Health Catalyst, she had many roles at Intermountain Health, including the AVP for Clinical Services and Clinical Operations for both Cardiovascular and Intensive Medicine. At Intermountain and Health Catalyst, Holly has held leadership roles enabling her to affect change at a system level. Holly also co-founded and was a Principal in HMS, Inc, a healthcare strategic consulting firm focusing on population health. She has spent the last 30 years dedicated to identifying opportunities through technology, data, and analytics, implementing best practices, supporting adoption, and improving and sustaining clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.

Holly holds a Master of Science in Adult Physiology from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University.

Recent recognitions include being named to Modern Healthcare’s 2021 Class of Top 25 Innovators and to Modern Healthcare’s 50 Most Influential Clinical Executive List.

Holly loves to travel, spend time with her family and garden.
