Dana Ardovino

Dana Pope Ardovino is a Global Communications and Operations Lead for the Dell Technologies Centers of Excellence, located in 7 cities across China, Egypt, India and Ireland and representing teams across all business units and over 16,000 team members. Dana is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and is ITIL v4 certified. She has an inactive Top Secret Clearance.

Dana has managed people, projects and teams since 1986 for US Steel, Victor Company of Japan (JVC), Easton Technical Products, Mediapak LLC, Park City School District, L-3 Communications, Packsize International and Dell Technologies.

At Dell Technologies, Dana is a lead for Utah’s Women in Action Employee Resource Group (ERG). She is a Diversity & Inclusion Ambassador, Pride Ally, Dell Blue Crew Champion, Wellness Champion, Remote Employee Network Ambassador and Peer Mentor.

Dana is a member of the Women Tech Council’s Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board. She has volunteered for SheTech and Silicon Slopes events and has mentored countless middle-school, high-school and college students throughout her career.

Dana tells young people not to let anything get in the way of their dreams. When she was 16 years old, Dana was running the household and driving her mom to chemo treatments. After their mom died, Dana and her sister were taken in by the Ardovino family as foster children. Dana put herself through The University of Alabama, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and a Master Management Certificate.

Dana has two children, Anthony (AJ) and Avery Ardovino. She enjoys transforming spaces and has designed and built or renovated 6 homes since 2006, all after her divorce. Dana is a Master Gardener.
